Oakwood Apartments
This project aims to transform a 25' x 100' lot in Toronto into a vibrant residential apartment building featuring 10 units, taking full advantage of the city’s Enhanced Housing Opportunity Neighbourhoods (EHON) initiative. Situated on a major street, this development aligns with Toronto's strategic goals to increase housing density and affordability while promoting sustainable urban living.
The design concept will focus on a modern multi-unit structure that maximizes space and enhances the streetscape. The building will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, catering to diverse demographics such as young professionals, families, and seniors.
