Rhodes House

We were brought on to build this second storey addition in Toronto that would not only add much needed bedroom and outdoor living space but also fully modernize and refresh the exciting structure.

Our team was brought on to obtain the necessary minor variance approvals, arborist reports and building permits to help realize the project. Construction is to begin in Spring 2024.
