Rusholme Multiplex

With the updated zoning by-laws which upzoned all properties in Toronto to allow for fourplexes across all residential areas, the client reached out to our team to help unlock value in their newly acquired investment property. Initially, considred as a triplex, the Build X Design team determined the property’s highest and best use would consist of four residential units. The single family semi-detached home was transformed into a residential multiplex with one studio unit and three - one bedroom units spread across two and a half storeys with a full basement.

The home was fully gutted, re-insulated, and renovated from inside to out to create much needed housing in the Toronto downtown core.
