This is Peterborough’s first new build fourplex approved under the city’s updated zoning bylaw. Build X Design helped a first time multiplex investor take this project from minor variance through to permit approval.

The layout of this fourplex was made to be a townhome style: four units arranged side by side, each with a ground floor and its own basement level. With our help on completing the permit on time, this project is set to complete for spring 2027.
